Choosing a
wedding photographer is perhaps the most important decision a couple faces. The
first decision is what style of wedding photography the bride and groom prefer. A
natural choice is my "journalistic" approach. This "picture
story" style allows me to capture images that are real, meaningful, and
creative. My work reflects the individuality of each wedding and is considered among
the best in journalistic wedding photography.
Twenty years have passed since I was first
asked to photograph a wedding as a journalist, not a 'wedding photographer'. Since
then the style of journalistic wedding photography has become quite popular.
Unfortunately, the term has been diluted to include any 'different' types of images,
instead of representing a true 'photo story' of the wedding day.
I photograph the wedding day in a truly
journalistic style, with resulting images capturing the feeling of the event - from
overviews to tight images that conjure emotions and excitement. |
